Badminton

Cecilia Wolski is a 5th year player born and raised in Edmonton, Alberta. She is in her final year of the Bachelor of Education program at The Kings Univeristy. Cecilia started playing badminton at 12 years old and found passion in the sport through competition. Her love for the sport brought her into the world of college sport. Cecilia came to Kings in her 2nd year of eligibility while she was completing her bachelor's degree in Sociology. After graduating in 2022, Cecilia was thrilled to be able to complete her remaining two years of eligibility while completing her Education after degree. Cecilia was honored with the title of co-captain of the badminton team for the 2022/2023 and 2023/2024 season. Her love for the sport, competition, and the team is reflected in being a part of the two time provincial champion team and two time national silver medalists in girls doubles.
