Women's VB Signs 3 Middles for 21-22 Season

The King's University Women's Voleyball announces a triple signing for the upcoming season.  

Samantha Silva:

The King’s University would like to welcome Samantha Silva to our 2021-22 roster. Sam is a 6’1” middle/right side who played for the ‘Saints’ at St. Paul Regional High School, as well as for the Rhonos Volleyball Club. We are very excited to have Sam join our team for the upcoming season, and look forward to the contribution she will make to our program in future years!

Ashley Lockwood:
The Women’s Volleyball program at The King’s University would like to welcome Ashley Lockwood to our 2021-22 roster. Ashley is from Sherwood Park, and played for the Salisbury Composite High School Sabres. She is also playing for the NAVC Griffins this year, coached by Keith Wills. As a former player for Team Alberta (U16), Ashley will bring both experience and a competitive fire to our team, and will contribute greatly as a 6’1” middle. 

Emma Blumenschein:
For the 2021-22 season, the Eagles women’s volleyball program at The King’s University would like to welcome Emma Blumenschein! Emma is finishing her grade 12 year a St. Peter the Apostle Catholic High School in Spruce Grove, and will be enrolled in our Bachelor of Science, majoring in Biology and Chemistry. She is currently playing middle for the NAVC Griffins, coached by Keith Wills. We are very much looking forward to Emma joining our team and are excited about the contribution she will make to our program in upcoming years!
