Ralph Troschke is our running coach. During the day, he is King’s VP of Finance & Operations and occasionally teaches in our business school. He has been with us since the summer of 2018.
His coaching resume goes back to 1982! He started as a middle-distance coach for the Kitchener – Waterloo Track and Field Club and has coached with 7 different clubs over the years. He currently coaches with the Edmonton Thunder and the St. Albert Mustangs. He has worked with Team Alberta, 5 zone teams through the Alberta Summer Games and with 2 high schools. Within the ACAC, Ralph coached the Keyano College team previously. He has also led coaching seminars for Athletics Alberta.
Ralph’s philosophy is to help the athlete meet the individual’s running goals. His wish is that each athlete will become the best that they can be given the talent present.
