Women's Basketball

Coach Torey Hill played five years of post-secondary basketball, both in the NCAA for Southern Utah University (SUU) and in the ACAC for Northern Alberta Institute College (NAIT). As a player for NAIT her team won an ACAC championship and a bronze at the CCAA National Championships. Torey is also a two-time All Canadian and a rebounding record holder. As an associate Head Coach for the 2023/2024 season, she helped lead the team to a silver medal at the ACAC Championships and earn the ACAC wild card spot at the CCAA National Championships where they finished tied for 5th. This was the first time a basketball team from King’s has attended a national championship, so it was a momentous occasion for the women’s basketball team, and their coaching staff. In addition to coaching in the ACAC, Torey has also coached and assisted with many club teams of all ages in the Edmonton area. She has a passion to help players grow and compete at the highest level that they can.
