Narayan is starting his first year as an assistant coach at Kings. He finished his studies at Kings with a degree in Commerce. While at Kings University, he won several titles in the province as a player. He also got awards like ACAC and CCAA Player of the Years and a national medal. He's the national champ in Guyana and played in events like the Commonwealth Games and Pan Am Games. His best world ranking is 211 in mixed doubles and 300 in singles. He's been coaching for about 8 years at multiple badminton clubs in Canada and Guyana coaching currently at b Active Badminton Clubs in Edmonton. He also has certifications in badminton coaching, including NCCP Level 1 and in the works of getting his Badminton World Federation level 1 and 2 certificates .
