Athlete of the Week
Fifth-year student-athlete Aneilia Ayotte delivered an outstanding weekend performance, helping lead the Eagles to two impressive victories. On Friday night against the Lakeland Rustlers, Ayotte came out strong and set the tone early, finishing the game with 25 points and three rebounds. Her offensive presence and consistency proved to be a major factor in the Eagles’ success. She continued her dominant play on Saturday in the rematch against the Rustlers, contributing another 11 points and three assists while providing leadership and stability on both ends of the floor. Across the weekend, Ayotte showcased her experience, basketball IQ, and ability to perform in key moments. Off the court, Ayotte is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science. As a team captain, she plays an important leadership role, setting an example through her work ethic and commitment. A key piece of the Eagles roster, she brings a strong presence in the paint every game and continues to be a leader both on and off the court.
